Three prizes recognised the Employees of the Year

On this year’s FVB day, prizes were given to the Employees of the Year. The prize is awarded annually and recognises efforts that go above and beyond and strengthen FVB as a brand and a workplace.

The Coach of the Year award was given to Anders Jansson in the Electrical & Automation Group in Västerås. He gets the prize because “he disseminates knowledge in an engaging and educational way, always putting his colleagues and customers first. Spreading knowledge about the excellence of automation technology is his mission.”

Fredrik Nilsson, from the production group in Västerås, was awarded Mentor of the Year. “He instils great confidence with a cool head and vast knowledge. His interactions with customers and colleagues are characterised by professionalism and humour. He always takes the time to support and explain, even when time is scarce. A wonderful mentor.”

The First Line of the Year plays in Örebro – Dennis Hild-Wallet, Clas Hammarlund, and André Larsson. “From a period of chaos and frustration, they have risen to new heights. With two outside wingers and a centre, the customer gets a team that has shown what they can do. This line has locked down a great reputation with the customers and given them reliable partners and ambitious new technology. With unflappable calm, high enthusiasm, and a lot of tenacity, these three form the first line of the year.”

Congratulations to all the winners!
