FVB has won a contract from Mölndal Energi to design an accumulator tank to cool a total volume of approx. 6000 m³. The project includes the design of nozzles, temperature system and safety solutions, plus production of drawings and tender documentation.

FVB is also to provide a guarantee for the thermal function “temperature stratification” in the tank, which will be completely governed by the shape of the inlet and outlet nozzles. Detailed flow analyses will be conducted to optimise the thermal function. The tank will contribute to energy efficiency and sustainable cooling.
