An interview with Michael Ingeldi

Hello, Michael Ingeldi! From 1 June you will become the new Regional Manager South and Branch Manager at FVB’s office in Gothenburg. What appealed to you about this job?

“I love the energy industry and have worked in it for the last 20 years. I joined FVB from Alingsås Energi, where I was Business Manager for district heating and services, including lighting and charging infrastructure. I think it's exciting that in my new role I will be working with energy issues from another perspective. I will also be working a lot with customers, which I find stimulating.

The fact that FVB is employee-owned and seems to have a good grip on staff issues meant that it felt particularly good to be coming to work here.

Massive investment is being made right now in Southern Sweden, the area you are responsible for, in energy, water and sewage. What will FVB’s role be in that?

“Working as a facilitator within the implementation of these infrastructure investments. FVB has a key role to play in the form of the right skills and extensive experience.

What is the first thing you will do in your new job?

“That’s a difficult question! Listen to what we’re currently doing and get to understand the business more thoroughly – and how I can help to develop it.”
